The Garage is not only a nightclub, we are also a Live music and Comedy venue plus we’ve been known to hold the odd fashion show and radio event from time to time. Variety is the spice of life after all!
Some of the bands who have played are CSS/ Glassjaw/ Prince/ Kasabian/ Tinchy Stryder/ Forever The Sickest Kids/ Keane/ New York Dolls/ The Bronx/ Rolf Harris and many many more. We’re also one of Glasgow Magners International Comedy Festivals venues and the likes of John Bishop, Frankie Boyle, Daniel Sloss, Greg Davies, Russel Kane and Rich Hall have all played some pretty amazing shows here over the years.
Both the Garage Main Hall and G2 are great locations for a gig, we’ve plenty bars available so you should never have to wait too long to quench your thirst. There’s also the luxury of a number of seats available in both venues but you do need to be quick, these are snapped up on a first come first serve basis.
Our gigs are usually 14+ though do please check the gig listing as the odd 18+ is sometimes added in and while we do recommend anyone under 16 is accompanied by an adult it’s not essential.
